• Basic: Provides AI-assisted live streaming, remote alerts/alarms, email and phone support, 15-day event history covering detected persons, pets, distress signals, swim events, Pool Professional logs, and SmartEye-Q capabilities.
• Premium: Includes all Basic features plus 30-day event history, call-a-friend feature for quick assistance, early access to new features, an extended return window, and full SmartEye-Q functionality.
